Adventure Radio is a UK based media company based in Southend-on-Sea which operates radio stations in Essex, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

• Chelmsford Radio 107.7 serves Chelmsford and mid-Essex.
• Connect Radio 106.8 serves Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
• Connect Radio 97.2 & 107.4 serves Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough.
• Heart Hertfordshire serves Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Rickmansworth & Watford.
• Southend Radio 105.1 serves Southend-on-Sea.

All stations use the services of Sky News Radio.^[1]
